A young detective teams up with a superbeing to rally against the oppressive future overlord Oscar Omega.
Plunging into the deep and disgusting waters of Something Lake it is clear this place has an eerie vibe. Beware of the strange creatures hanging around and rowdy noises that echo from the dark end of the lake. The sounds are actually cheers and laughs shared by a bizarre crowd of monsters who are enjoying themselves at a strange Marina Bar. Oaks Marina had been closed for years, but recently a friendly human, Joe Oaks, came back to Something Lake and re-opened his family's old business.
Many years ago the government discovered the high activity of creatures from this one concentrated spot, and have since quarantined all known monsters and mythological creatures in the Something Lake area. Joe recognizes that the people in charge of the quarantine, the Department of International Non-existing Creatures or D.I.N.C., are the real creeps, and sides with his monster pals as they just try to enjoy life!
